Valley Center Youth Wrestling (VCYW) is a USA Wrestling–chartered, community-based youth sports organization located in Valley Center, California.
Our website and communication platforms are used to share information about club programs, registration, events, and athlete development.

  • Payment details: limited transaction data when processing registration or uniform orders (handled securely through third-party processors such as Square or USA Wrestling’s registration portal).

  • Website analytics: non-identifying information like browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected via cookies or analytics tools to improve website performance.

VCYW does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under age 13 without verified parental consent.

We use collected information to:

  • Register athletes and manage participation in club activities;

  • Send newsletters, reminders, or program announcements;

All volunteers and board members are required to follow privacy and SafeSport standards regarding youth information.

  • Digital data is stored on password-protected and secure platforms.
